BESIX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lead to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance overall profitability.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and assess competitive landscape.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
Desired Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management or a related field.
  • Track record of successfully leading commercial initiatives and achieving targets.
  • Experience in managing a team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and experience with major projects is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
