I established Lechley Associates after a successful international career as a qualified Quantity Surveyor. This "poacher turned gamekeeper" experience provides a unique, decisive advantage. I don't just understand the job descriptions; I understand the commercial pressures, the project risks, and the specific leadership competencies required to deliver in this high-stakes industry.

For over two decades, I have translated this deep sectoral knowledge into a retained executive search and leadership advisory practice. I am focused exclusively on C-suite, board-level, and senior leadership appointments.
