Most of the searches I run at this level are never advertised, so the right role for you may not be on the jobs page yet. Tell me who you are and what would make a move worth it.
- Your details come to me, not to a team, and I use them only to match you to searches.
- When a search fits your background, I call you for a confidential first conversation about it.
- Nothing about you goes to a client without your agreement, role by role, and I will never approach your current employer.
- There is no charge to you at any stage. Lechley is paid by the hiring client.
- You can ask what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, at any time.
