Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 dependent on experience, plus bonus and other benefits

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Manager to join our expanding team on a major nuclear construction project. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting Programme Delivery teams by providing top-tier Commercial Management.Key Responsibilities
- Implement commercial procedures for the contract commercial team- Manage contracts and claims across NEC and FIDIC-based contracts
- Oversee contract commercial relationships
- Report to Senior Commercial Managers or Supply Chain Leads
- Provide commercial management during contract execution and closeout phases
- Ensure contract delivery aligns with governance requirements and Integrated Management System (IMS) rules
- Support Project Managers in effective contract delivery and closure
- Identify and record commercial lessons learnt
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive knowledge of FIDIC, NEC 3&4 suite of contracts, and major projects- Understanding of UK law and its impact on contracts and commercial functions
- Proficiency in procurement, contract performance measurement, risk, change, and claim management
- Ability to work across multiple disciplines and develop innovative commercial strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Membership in RICS, CICES, IOB, CIPS, or equivalent professional body (desirable)
