Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our rail division. This role involves steering the commercial and quantity surveying functions for designated projects, ensuring alignment with directives from senior management. Your primary goal will be to enhance service quality and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy and framework for projects, regularly assessing their effectiveness.

• Manage all aspects of subcontractor accounts, occasionally taking a hands-on approach.

• Prepare and submit monthly payment applications to clients, ensuring certification is tracked.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure commercial considerations are integrated into site decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in contract conditions, including party obligations, variation valuations, and payment processes.

• Experienced with the NEC suite of contracts.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
