Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large teams, driving performance and continuous improvement- Oversee contract documents, cost control, valuations, and reporting
- Direct cost consultants and manage claims evaluation
- Advise on project completion and defects
- Drive transformational change and process improvements
- Collaborate on net zero carbon transition goals
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree in quantity surveying/cost management- Professional membership (e.g. MRICS)
- Extensive experience in commercial management across sectors
- Strong bidding and business development skills
- Sound knowledge of contracts, value engineering, lifecycle costing
- Experience managing large, diverse teams and senior stakeholder relationships
- Understanding of carbon/sustainability considerations for projects
