Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee project execution, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, including close coordination with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage resources effectively, including budget allocation, staffing levels, and equipment procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards throughout project delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in project delivery and management, ideally within the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams towards successful project outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project delivery, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, and risk assessment in project delivery.
  • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse project portfolios.
