The Role
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, driving the technical delivery of this revolutionary project. Key Responsibilities:

- Champion the use of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), maximising off-site manufacturing and pre-assembled components to improve quality, speed, and safety.
- Oversee the implementation of a "Digital by Default" strategy, leveraging tools like Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital twins.
- Drive the project's core commitment to delivering Net Zero Carbon facilities that are environmentally friendly and efficient to run.
- Foster a highly collaborative environment, working closely with the NHS Trust, government departments, and a wide range of supply chain partners to achieve a common goal.
