**Key Responsibilities:**
• Analyse project documentation and conduct site visits
• Perform accurate take-offs and cost estimations
• Collaborate with managers on project targets and cost-saving measures
• Prepare competitive bids and maintain estimation records

**Ideal Candidate:**
• Thorough understanding of flat roofing construction methods
• Strong IT skills, including estimating software proficiency
• Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
