Role Overview

As a Façade Project Manager, you will oversee the safe and efficient installation of building facades, ensuring high-quality standards in collaboration with the project management team. Key duties include:

• Bridging design, trades, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

• Ensuring project safety by updating method statements and risk assessments.

• Overseeing on-site quality control and managing quality plans.

• Supporting project management in value optimisation for financial benefits.

• Developing subcontractor teams to enhance safety and quality.

• Assisting construction teams with facade engineering and installation methods.

• Monitoring changes from approved designs and reporting them.

• Collaborating with Quantity Surveyors and Procurement Managers to assess completed work.

• Keeping detailed records of programme, equipment, and site activities.

• Understanding contractual obligations for both main and subcontractors.

• Communicating essential information to supervisors, workers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in the façade construction sector.

• Experience with various cladding systems and curtain walling.

• Proven track record in managing EHS requirements for large-scale projects.

• Leadership, integrity, and innovation in technical projects.

• EHS training to provide expert guidance to the project team.

• SMSTS certification.

• CSCS Gold card, working towards Black Managers Card.

• On-site curtain walling training.
