Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage geotechnical aspects of large-scale infrastructure and marine projects, particularly those involving soft soils.
- Develop ground improvement designs and methodologies tailored to challenging soil conditions.
- Provide technical leadership on dredging, reclamation, and beneficial reuse of soft dredged materials.
- Oversee site investigations, data interpretation, and geotechnical reporting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, environmental, dredging, reclamation, and marine engineers.
- Engage with clients, regulators, and contractors to ensure high-quality, sustainable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (PhD is a plus).
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including project delivery in soil improvement and reclamation works.
- Proven track record working with soft soils and ground behavior under challenging conditions.
- Experience with the beneficial reuse of dredged materials is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, design, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
