We're seeking ambitious and dynamic Planning Managers with a background in large NEC Civil Engineering Projects who are keen to deliver large infrastructure schemes with both a huge social and economic benefit for Latin America.Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience
- Civil Engineering Degree, Construction-related qualification, or Project Management qualification- Demonstrated experience in delivering large civil projects and programmes
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience with NEC contracts (ideally)
Language Skills
- Advanced level of English or better- Spanish language skills are preferable but not a prerequisite

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the schedule, evaluate schedule information, and identify trends, risks, issues and opportunities- Work with the cost team to develop reports and the controls team to prepare WBS
- Prepare reports at project and programme levels
- Perform baseline schedule maintenance and control
- Manage earned value management, analysis and reporting
- Transfer knowledge of best practice earned value management to nationwide client and supply chain organisations
- Develop and schedule reports with planning and controls leads
- Collect and interpret schedule data, providing output to programme and project teams
- Interact with functional leads and sub-programme leads to obtain schedule updates
- Monitor actual performance against the schedule to identify delay, early and late completion
- Interface with project technical staff to define changes to schedules and identify variances from the original plan
- Identify and evaluate associated schedule, resource conflicts and potential cost impacts and issues
