Latin America is home to some of the world's fastest-growing economies, with large-scale infrastructure investment planned for the coming years. We're expanding our footprint within Latin America from our base in Lima, Peru, with potential opportunities throughout both Central and South America, including Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina.We're seeking ambitious and dynamic Project Managers with a background in large NEC Civil Engineering Projects who are keen to deliver large infrastructure schemes with significant social and economic benefits for Latin America.

- Civil Engineering Degree, Construction-related qualification, or Project Management qualification- Experience in delivering large civil projects and programmes
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- Ideally, experience with NEC contracts
- Advanced level of English or better (Spanish language skills preferable but not mandatory)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Advising and mentoring client's project managers and delivery teams in the integrated solutions workstream- Supporting strategic planning, project appraisal and project evaluation processes from project start to commissioning and handover
- Guiding the client across all Project Management skillsets, including procurement, project controls, HSQE, stakeholder engagement
- Promoting agile and justified decision-making with the client to ensure project progression and maintain execution rate
- Ensuring projects align with the programme's structures and processes, led by the PMO
