The ideal candidate will have:- A background in large NEC Civil Engineering Projects
- A Civil Engineering Degree, Construction-related qualification, or Project Management qualification
- Experience in delivering large civil projects and programmes
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- Advanced English skills (Spanish language skills preferred but not mandatory)
- Digital savviness and strong client relationship-building skills
Key Responsibilities
The Risk Manager will be responsible for:- Adhering to risk and project control standards
- Overseeing risk and mitigation plan updates
- Supporting cost control, risk, and change management teams
- Contributing to monthly reports with intelligent information and analysis
- Analysing trends and generating performance indicators
- Conducting scheduling risk analysis
- Supporting the estimating process
- Establishing relationships with stakeholders
- Liaising with other sections and practising team values
- Providing ad hoc support to the project controls function
