Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage industrial projects from inception through completion, ensuring scheduled timelines are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise activities among various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies throughout project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management regarding project status, milestones, and challenges.
  • Oversee subcontractor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Mentor and guide project management teams to foster professional development and enhance project delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of construction processes, means, methods, and materials.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Experience:
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, particularly in industrial projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar projects from start to finish.
  • Experience in coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
