Job Responsibilities:- Lead and manage industrial projects from inception through completion, ensuring scheduled timelines are met.
- Coordinate and supervise activities among various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies throughout project lifecycle.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management regarding project status, milestones, and challenges.
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Mentor and guide project management teams to foster professional development and enhance project delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of construction processes, means, methods, and materials.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, particularly in industrial projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar projects from start to finish.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
