Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage trade-contractor packages within the infrastructure team, ensuring top-tier safety and performance standards.

Take full ownership of your package, ensuring all activities are meticulously planned and executed safely.

Develop and oversee logistical plans, coordinating with the Works Manager and Logistics Contractor.

Create short-term programmes to expedite work or address challenges, ensuring timely project delivery.

Monitor progress, analyse performance metrics, and report findings to the Project Manager.

Ensure technical compliance with contract documents, specifications, and drawings.

Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans, conducting quality inspections using FieldView.

Manage technical submittals and information requests within your package scope.

Maintain records of key events and activities, promoting a culture of excellence.
Candidate Profile:

Proven leadership skills with experience in delivering multi-million-pound projects.

Expertise in managing structural steelwork and façade packages for high-profile projects.

Experience in overseeing subcontractors for steel fabrication and façade installation.

Skilled in leading progress meetings and implementing corrective actions.

Proficient in procurement, negotiating with suppliers for competitive pricing.

Collaborative approach with design and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.

Experience with NEC contracts and managing Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events.

Familiarity with construction software such as FieldView, 4P, Dalux, and Asta is advantageous.
