Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Placement Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals to streamline project costs, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with high standards of quality and building regulations.Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of subcontractor quotations.
- Assist in preparing interim applications for executed works, on-site materials, and subcontractor contributions for timely submission to the client’s team.
- Review conditions and qualifications prior to tender submissions.
- Aid Senior Quantity Surveyors in evaluating and measuring contract variations.
- Participate in the procurement process of subcontractors.
- Generate payments and distribute notices to suppliers and subcontractors, including measuring works and discrepancies to determine final costs and accounts.
- Contribute to weekly financial forecasting by compiling contract costs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Quantity Surveying programme.
- Full driver’s licence preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated interest in all aspects of engineering, seeking a dynamic workplace that offers outstanding career opportunities.
