The Opportunity / The Project

- Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) : Maximising the use of off-site manufacturing and pre-assembled components.
- Standardisation : Using standardised designs and repeatable components to drive efficiency.
- Digital by Default : Leveraging advanced digital tools like Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Sustainability : A core commitment to delivering Net Zero Carbon facilities.
