Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Planner to join our team. This is a key role focused on planning, executing, and managing projects to ensure successful completion within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of project management principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing risk management strategies.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, conducting cost analysis and ensuring financial compliance.
  • Facilitate project meetings, documenting and tracking action items.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning or management.
  • Experience working in a similar industry or sector.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
