Technical Office Manager - Marine Works Project

We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager for a new marine works project (jetty construction) in Mozambique.

Role Overview

As Technical Office Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the technical aspects of a large-scale site project, reporting directly to the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate all technical office tasks
- Lead a team of specialists, including structural engineers, method engineers, logistics managers, planning managers, BIM coordinators, architects, and MEP managers
- Organise and plan site team activities to maximise quality, efficiency, and continuity
- Handle complex client demands
- Oversee specific trades related to marine works and jetty construction

Essential Qualifications

- Master's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 15 years' relevant experience with a major construction company
- Proven track record managing large, complex construction projects (>£85 million), particularly in marine works
- Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
