Senior Construction Jobs

The roles on this page are senior and specialist construction jobs I am retained to fill, with main contractors, civil engineering and specialist contractors, consultancies and the client bodies that commission the work. They run from director and head-of-function seats to the senior commercial, delivery, planning and estimating roles that sit beneath them, across UK construction and infrastructure, with some searches overseas.

Every listing is a live search where I am talking to people now. A search runs six to eight weeks from brief to accepted offer, and each conversation is confidential from the first call: nothing about you reaches a client until you have agreed it should.

If nothing here fits, that does not mean nothing is coming. Most executive construction jobs at this level are never advertised, and a good share of the searches I run each year begin with someone who was not looking.
