The largest UK construction programmes each pull a recognisable set of leadership seats onto the market, on both sides of the table, months before the work itself starts. Each page below sets out one programme in plain English: what it is, where it stands, who is building it and the seats it creates. Each also carries a live section, updated as the weekly sweep and the published notices change, with the leadership roles open at the programme's main contractors and client bodies, the senior moves into and out of them, and the contract awards that name the programme.
